About Us

The International Taoist Tai Chi Society

The International Taoist Tai Chi Society (ITTCS) is a global volunteer organisation providing instruction in Taoist Tai Chi internal arts and methods in more than 500 locations in 27 countries. Members can attend classes at all international locations. The Society brings together people of different languages and cultures in a world-wide community. The International Taoist Tai Chi Society includes two other organisations founded by Master Moy: the Gei Pang Lok Hup Academy and the Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism.

Taoist Tai Chi Society of Great Britain

In 1981 a student of Master Moy began teaching classes in West Essex. The TTCSGB was subsequently founded in 1991 and has since grown to offer classes throughout the country.

In keeping with Master Moy’s vision of compassion and service to others, all instructors are nationally accredited volunteers and most of the administrative work is done by volunteers.

Costs and membership

Classes are offered as part of membership of the Society. The membership cost consists of an initial registration fee plus an annual fee (also payable monthly) which gives unlimited attendance at all taijiquan classes. There are special rates for senior citizens, pensioners, students and for people with special needs and financial hardship.
